Installation includes:
- River sand base, assembling of Plaasdam.
- Assembly and paining of fire hydrant.
- Installation of fire
hydrant. - Cement mix to secure the hydrant in place and pump with filter installation with-in 4 meters from the Plaasdam location.
- All plumbing materials and consumables are suppliers for up to 4 meters of installation.
- Any additional distance between the Plaasdam and the pump set up will be charges according to plumbing pipe and consumables used on the day.
- Excludes rubble removal for any ground work.
Please note the following conditions that might affect installation price:
- Condition of soil, if compaction is required.
- Distance from Plaasdam to Pump set up.
- Extra travel costs may apply for installation requests outside of PTA & JHB areas.
- Client to provide power point for the pump to be connected.
- A qualified electrician must be consulted by client for COC
- Ground work – grass removal and ground levelling to be complete by client before installation team arrive.
- Should the client require Plaasdam installation team to complete ground work, extra fees will apply with an extra day for installation to be completed.
- Extended manufacturing time may be required on all customer requests
